How's it work do you just follow people as long as you've got authorship yourself? I did that for someone here and I have the priviledge but not sure if that's all it takes :D

Not sure what you mean. I don't follow people, but I can give them authorship, as I'm a mod.

Gotcha. I don't follow people, but I can ungray their reply by "recommending" their reply. I can't ungray them forever on Jalopnik.
